LAS VEGAS — World Wrestling Entertainment gave a body slam to the traditional pay TV industry late Wednesday, unveiling a 24-hour network as an over-the-top Internet TV service rather than a channel on cable and satellite systems. Electronic cigarettes also stepped into the ring at the Consumers Electronics Show.
