Unlimited wireless data plans are back at AT&T (T), but only for new or existing subscribers at DirecTV or its U-verse landline pay-TV business in 22 states. The new plans include unlimited video streaming, says AT&T. Rival T-Mobile US (TMUS) recently rolled out free video streaming for 24 services, including Netflix (NFLX) and HBO.
