Net neutrality-related conditions, as well as Netflix (NFLX)-demanded “remedies,” may emerge as key before regulators sign off on the proposed AT&T-DirecTV Group merger. AT&T (T) and three cable and wireless trade groups in April filed separate lawsuits challenging the Federal Communications Commission’s new Internet regulations.
