Twitter (TWTR) ad sales are enjoying a “big pickup” in Q1, according to Axiom analyst Victor Anthony on Thursday, citing key marketing partner Ampush, which did not provide any figures. Twitter is becoming a “must buy” for advertisers because of the social network’s targeted and timely nature, Anthony added.
