AT&T’s (T) foray into Mexico is getting upbeat views from Wall Street analysts, though it might take a few years for AT&T to get paid back for its investments. Some analysts question whether Brazil is also on AT&T’s wireless roadmap. AT&T in November agreed to buy Mexico’s No. 3 wireless firm, Iusacell, for $1.7 billion.
