Among the four biggest U.S. wireless carriers, Verizon (VZ) and T-Mobile gained market share in the third quarter, while AT&T and Sprint lost ground, Cowen and Co. reported Tuesday. Counting both prepaid and postpaid subscribers, Verizon was tops with 44.2% market share in Q3, up from 38.5% in the second quarter. AT&T (T) fell to second place with 39.1% market share, down from 44.3% in Q2, Cowen said in its quarterly wireless user survey report. Scalper1 News
