Research firm IDC is predicting that two of the top 10 PC makers will exit the market within the next 24 months. IDC made the prediction this week as part of its annual tech industry forecasts for the next year and beyond. IDC also predicted that more than 30% of today’s information technology vendors won’t exist as we know them within five years.
