Twitter (TWTR) co-founder and interim CEO Jack Dorsey will become permanent CEO of the microblog platform, according to a report late Wednesday — news that buoyed Twitter’s stock. Twitter was trading up about 5%, near 27, in late afternoon on the stock market today. Dorsey — who became interim Twitter CEO in July — could be named to the job permanently as early as Thursday, although the time frame may change, according to tech news site Re/Code, Scalper1 News
