Twitter Jumps As Ad Plan Monetizes ‘Logged-Out’ Users

Aiming to make money from the millions of people who don’t have Twitter (TWTR) accounts, the social network on Thursday said that it will show ads, interspersed with tweets, to those “logged out” users. Twitter stock lifted 6.6% Thursday in response, and was trading up almost another 2% after hours.
