Twitter (TWTR) COO Ali Rowghani has resigned from his position — but is expected remain a Twitter employee — as part of a top-level shakeup at the microblogging platform. Twitter announced the resignation in a Thursday regulatory filing, saying Rowghani will continue to be employed at Twitter as a “strategic adviser” to CEO Dick Costolo. The San Francisco company will not find a replacement COO, but will rather shift his responsibilities to other Scalper1 News
