Time-shifting has become the norm for TV watchers, who reserve live TV viewing for news, weather and sports, according to a new study by TiVo (TIVO). About 71% of TV dramas are watched from DVR recordings, rather than live. That includes watching the show after it’s concluded or minutes after it’s started but still on. Science-fiction shows are the second most time-shifted programs at 64%, TiVo said in its Q3 “State of TV Report.” Broadcast TV Scalper1 News
