Tesla Motors (TSLA) CEO Elon Musk Thursday night introduced the “D” that investors, the press and electric-car enthusiasts have been speculating about the last nine days. The “D” he hinted about on Twitter (TWTR) Oct. 1 is all about drive, all-wheel drive and dual motors to power that, say reports noting that all Model S sedans with it will bear the designation “D.” And there’s also driver-assist technology, mentioned earlier this week.
