Technology M&A Activity Maintains Brisk Pace In Q3

The combined value of mergers and acquisitions that closed in the technology sector during the third quarter rose 9% from Q2 to $30.1 billion. There were eight billion-dollar deals in the quarter, compared with an average of six per quarter over the past 12 months, reports PricewaterhouseCoopers.
