Tech Stocks Succumb To Down Day On Wall Street

Tech stocks fell broadly Tuesday as the S&P 500 index headed down 3% and the Nasdaq almost as much amid worries about slowing growth in China, Europe and the U.S. Apple (AAPL) stock was, as usual, one of the top techs in the volume of shares trading hands, almost 77 million, while solar company SunEdison (SUNE) traded 51 million shares and Microsoft (MSFT) 49.7 million.
