Riverbed Technology (RVBD) is leaving Wall Street. The computing networking equipment maker on Monday said it agreed to be acquired by private equity firm Thomas Bravo and Teachers’ Private Capital, the private investor department of Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, for $3.6 billion.
