Rackspace Hosting (RAX) stock Tuesday fell after the Web hosting and cloud service provider late Monday lowered its revenue guidance and reported Q2 revenue and EBITDA slightly below consensus. Rackspace Hosting (RAX) will offer technical support and managed services for Microsoft’s public cloud computing platform, called Azure, under an expanded relationship between the two companies. Rackspace said Microsoft (MSFT) Azure support and managed services are now available and will be expanded to overseas customers through early 2016. Rackspace’s Azure agreement marks its first major deal to support public cloud services other than its own.
