IAC/InterActiveCorp Profit Jumps, But Sales Lag

Media company IAC/InterActiveCorp (IACI) trampled Wall Street’s Q4 profit forecast but reported lighter-than-expected sales, sending its stock lower on Wednesday. Per-share earnings excluding items jumped 48% to $1.04, beating the consensus view of 91 cents, according to analysts polled by Thomson Reuters. IAC Paves Way To Spin Off Dating Sites Into New Firm
