Hewlett-Packard stock popped higher Tuesday on a bullish analyst report that made a case for improved profitability at the information-technology company. Pacific Crest Securities analyst Brent Bracelin upgraded Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) stock to outperform from sector perform and set a price target of 37.
