Amazon.com (AMZN) on Tuesday launched a new pricing feature that lets customers negotiate for lower prices on thousands of items sold by select third-party sellers on its website. EBay Upgraded To Buy On ‘Jolly’ Outlook By Stifel

EBay (EBAY) rose more than 1% on the stock market today after Stifel upgraded the company’s stock to a buy from hold and set a target price of 65. Stifel analyst Scott Devitt said in a report that he sees a “jolly” outlook for eBay in the next 12 to 18 months with limited downside risk from a spinoff of its PayPal payments unit.
