Dish Spectrum Sale Seen Two Years Off; Tax Hit Likely

Dish Network (DISH) has no big deals pending and is more likely to sell its wireless spectrum on a fully taxable basis down the road, lowering profits, says Goldman Sachs, which took the satellite-TV broadcaster off its stock “conviction list” on Tuesday.
