ARM Holdings Gets Upgrade As Positive News Seen Ahead

Chip designer ARM Holdings received an upgrade from Bernstein Research on Tuesday, and its U.S. stock rose. ARM (ARMH) stock was up more than 3.5%, near 50, in afternoon trading on the stock market today. Bernstein analyst Pierre Ferragu raised his rating on ARM stock to market perform, but still says the stock is overvalued.
