Cyber cash registers rang up a record $3.08 billion worth of goods Monday, as shoppers went long on electronics and toys, according to an Adobe Systems (ADBE) survey. Adobe Systems-ComScore Deal Bulks Up Marketing Cloud

Adobe Systems (ADBE) said Thursday it plans to buy ComScore’s (SCOR) Digital Analytix business to add to its Marketing Cloud offerings. San Jose, Calif.-based Adobe expects the acquisition to close in December. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Adobe is buying the technology assets and customer accounts of the Digital Analytix business. The employees associated with Digital Analytix will continue to be employed by ComScore. Adobe and
