T-Mobile US (TMUS) parent Deutsche Telekom could sell off some of its stake in TMUS, diluting shares, if M&A prospects with Dish Network fade and another buyer doesn’t step up, says Macquarie Capital, which downgraded T-Mobile stock to neutral on Wednesday. T-Mobile stock has shot up on views that Dish Network (DISH) could bid to acquire the wireless carrier. The satellite TV broadcaster’s stock has been sliding since it reported Q1 earnings.
