SpaceX will make a second history-making attempt at launching a satellite and then landing its Falcon 9 rocket on a floating barge in the Atlantic Ocean. The unmanned Falcon 9 rocket is scheduled for liftoff at 6:05 p.m. ET Tuesday from Cape Canaveral, Fla., carrying the $340 million Deep Space Climate Observatory space-weather satellite.
