The U.S. solar industry is maintaining a steady growth trajectory, adding 1.4 gigawatts of energy capacity in the second quarter and staying on pace for a record year. It was the seventh consecutive quarter of more than 1 gigawatt added, lifting total U.S. solar capacity to 22.7 gigawatts.
