Snapchat COO Emily White has stepped down from the popular fast-disappearing photos and messages service, the third major executive to leave in the past two months. The latest departure comes as co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel seeks to take a more hands-on role, according to Re/code, which initially reported White’s exit. She joined Snapchat in late 2013 from Facebook’s (FB) Instagram, where she was in charge of attracting advertising for the Scalper1 News
