SAP Concur Acquisition Gets No Investor Support

SAP continues to be aggressive in using acquisitions to build its cloud platform. But investors remain skeptical. SAP (SAP) stock was down 4% in morning trading in the stock market today, a day after the enterprise software company said that it plans to acquire Concur Technologies (CNQR), a maker of travel and expense software, for $8.3 billion.
