A gang of Iranian hackers who spent nearly two years targeting U.S., Saudi Arabian and Israeli researchers and duped 26% of its targets into handing over their credentials failed at the most rudimentary protection: locking its own back door. So Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) walked right in, Shahar Tal, one of the company’s researchers, told IBD.
