Rackspace Hosting (RAX), which provides cloud computing and Web hosting services to more than 300,000 business customers around the world, received a downgrade on Friday. Although the San Antonio-based company can expect steady growth as it refocuses on core competencies, that growth has already been “more than adequately priced into the stock,” D.A.
