Verint Systems (VRNT) stock plunged Thursday after the security software maker late Wednesday lowered its 2016 guidance pending uncertainty overseas, though its Q2 revenue beat Wall Street expectations. For its fiscal 2016 ending Jan. 31, Melville, N.Y.-based Verint guided to $1.18 billion to $1.23 billion in revenue and $3.45 earnings per share ex items.
