Nvidia (NVDA) stock rose to a nearly four-year high Thursday after the chipmaker posted fiscal Q4 earnings late Wednesday that beat analyst consensus estimates, helped by its transition into something more than a graphics chip company. Earnings per share minus items for the quarter ended Jan. 25 rose 40% from the year-earlier quarter to 35 cents a share. Revenue rose 9% to $1.25 billion.
