The look and feel of Microsoft’s (MSFT) new “Spartan” browser will be similar across personal computers, mobile phones and tablets, speculates a report. The Verge online news site says the Spartan browser, expected to be included in the upcoming Windows 10 operating system, will feature new “inking support” that allows users to annotate a Web page with a stylus and share the notes with friends or colleagues via Microsoft’s cloud storage service.
