Marvell Technology Group (MRVL) stock belly-flopped Tuesday after the chipmaker announced that its auditor had resigned amid an accounting probe. According to an 8-K report filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission , the company said its PricewaterhouseCoopers auditor advised expanding the 2016 audit in four key areas.
