KLA-Tencor (KLAC) stock, which this month hit 14-year highs, fell as much as 4% Friday after the chip-equipment maker’s shares fiscal Q4 earnings late Thursday missed Wall Street and its own expectations. KLA-Tencor stock, though, recovered somewhat and was down nearly 2%, near 72, in afternoon trading in the stock market today.
