Kandi Technologies (KNDI) disclosed plans Thursday to deliver 1,000 electric vehicles to start a car-share program in Chengdu, China, as it continues expanding. Shares jumped 4.4% to 16.19 by early afternoon in the stock market today, Thursday. The electric cars are slated to be delivered by the end of the year.
