The U.S. market for initial public offerings continues to run far below the pace of 2014, with the 13 new issues last month being half that of October 2014. There have been 137 initial public offerings thus far this year. That compares with 223 for the same period last year, according to research firm Ipreo. But the 13 IPOs in October were a sharp increase from the two previous months, providing some hope for the final two months of this year. Scalper1 News
