SunEdison Semiconductor (SEMI) stock was up 4.5% in afternoon trading Friday, near 15.70, following a 15% rise in the initial public offering’s debut on Thursday. The silicon wafer manufacturer was spun out of solar technology company SunEdison (SUNE). The IPO raised $94 million by offering 7.2 million shares at 13, the low end of its estimated range.
