Pure Storage filed plans Thursday to raise $425 million in an initial public offering expected to attract a lot of interest. Pure Storage, which provides data storage devices based on flash memory chips for the enterprise market, plans to offer 25 million shares at a price range of 16 to 18. That will give it a fully diluted market value of about $3.9 billion. Pure Storage will list on the NYSE under the ticker PSTG. The lead underwriters are Scalper1 News
