Arts and crafts retailer Etsy late Tuesday set terms for its IPO, offering 16.6 million shares at a price range of 14 to 16. At the midpoint, the IPO would raise $250 million. The underwriters have an option to purchase an additional 2.5 million shares. Including the underwriters’ option, if Etsy priced at the high end of its range the IPO would raise $306 million.
