Airline company Virgin America is among 10 IPOs scheduled this week that look to raise $2.2 billion, with half coming from the health care sector. The largest initial public offering planned is Axalta Coating Systems (AXTA), which looks to raise $877.5 million. Axalta is a global manufacturer, marketer and distributor of high-performance coating systems. It plans to sell 45 million shares in the range of 18 to 21.
