A sharp drop in hardware sales and in emerging markets continue to hurt IBM, which again reported quarterly revenue that missed Wall Street expectations. IBM (IBM) late Wednesday posted Q1 revenue of $22.5 billion, down 4% from the year-earlier period and the eighth quarter in a row of year-over-year declines.
