Hewlett-Packard continues to be stuck in neutral, with all of its businesses recording revenue that fell or was flat compared with a year ago, though a few units within those businesses saw increases. Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) late Tuesday reported earnings for its fiscal Q1, which ended Jan. 31, that edged analyst estimates. It also reported revenue that fell short.
