Shares of managed care health companies mostly took a breather Tuesday after sharp advances Monday. The news was that the Obama administration says it has a contingency plan in case the U.S. Supreme Court rules that tax-credit subsidies to buy health insurance are legally available only in states that operate their own exchanges.
