Bank of America and Morgan Stanley reported Q4 and full-year earnings that highlighted big banks’ tough revenue environment amid low interest rates and a sagging energy sector. Charlotte, N.C.-based Bank of America (BAC) earned 28 cents a share in Q4, up 12% from a year earlier and beating by 2 cents estimates of analysts polled by Thomson Reuters.
