GoPro (GPRO) retreated late Monday after the action camera maker revealed it will sell 11.9 million shares, raising $930 million, up from last week’s plan for an $800 million offering. The company will sell 1.29 million shares of class A common stock. Selling holders will divest 9.1 million shares, including 4.1 million from CEO Nicolas Woodman.
