Google Android Operating System Maintains Dominance

The Google (GOOGL) Android operating system continues to dominate the smartphone market, with a commanding 83.6% share in the third quarter. Android took market share from Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT) and BlackBerry (BBRY), said research firm Strategy Analytics.
