GoDaddy IPO Wins Despite Plenty Of Red Flags

GoDaddy hit the finish line in high gear Wednesday as its IPO exceeded expectations, raising $460 million and giving the company a market valuation near $4 billion. The sponsor of race car driver Danica Patrick, who has long been the company’s celebrity spokesperson, GoDaddy (GDDY) saw its stock pop 31% in its debut. The company late Tuesday priced 23 million shares at 20, above its expected range of 17 to 19. The stock closed at 26.15. GoDaddy Scalper1 News
