Fortinet (FTNT) stock gapped up to a new high Tuesday, and many security software stocks rose, after the company late Monday posted its biggest quarterly billings growth since its IPO in 2009. Early Monday, security vendor Check Point Software (CHKP) posted Q1 results that beat on the top and bottom lines, sending its stock up more than 5% that day.
