A growing number of U.S. consumers are expected to use location-based services on their smartphones this year, helping advertisers better analyze their audience and target their ads, according to research group eMarketer. Nearly 175 million U.S. consumers — over half of the U.S. population — will use location-based services on a mobile device in 2015.
