Social networking king Facebook (FB) is testing a photo feature that seems a lot like Snapchat, the hot messaging app launched in 2011 that lets users add captions and drawings to their photos and videos — aka “snaps.” Facebook is mimicking Snapchat as it tests a new photo uploader that lets users add text in any color, instantly preview filters to be swiped across photos, or paste on Facebook’s re-sizeable emoji virtual stickers, according to a Scalper1 News
